Located on Hamilton Mountain and family owned and operated for over five years. CasaReyna was created to offer a more personal alternative to larger facilities. With hands-on involvement by ownership, care remains consistent, thoughtful, and intentionally managed.
Round-the-clock support is supervised by an experienced Registered Nurse working alongside our dedicated PSWs. Each resident receives hands-on care tailored to their individual needs and daily rhythms. Our team operates with consistency, respect, and warmth — creating an environment where care feels steady, attentive, and genuinely personal.
Residents follow their own routines, not an institutional schedule. Families are welcome to visit freely, and daily life flows naturally in a calm, well-managed setting designed to feel like home.
Meals are thoughtfully prepared in-house by our RN owner, who brings both healthcare knowledge and culinary training to every menu. Each resident’s preferences and dietary needs are carefully considered, with seasonal ingredients often sourced from our own garden.
From in-home hair and nail appointments to holiday celebrations and meaningful traditions, we prioritize dignity and self-expression. Our residents are encouraged to feel confident, comfortable, and truly cared for.
With regular volunteers, music, and the joyful presence of our therapy dog Rocky, daily life includes warmth, connection, and moments that matter.

Growing up rooted in Filipino traditions that emphasize deep respect for elders, family connection, and hospitality, Jemelle built CasaReyna with those same values at its core. Her approach blends clinical knowledge with empathy, recognizing that supporting families through care transitions requires both medical expertise and emotional understanding.
CasaReyna is intentionally small, allowing for attentive oversight, continuity of care, and a home environment shaped by experience, dignity, and respect.
